BNPlayer is a music player with binaural effect, and it is for Mac. When you listen ordinary music files with headphones, you feel as if musicians are inside your head. With BNPlayer, musicians are located in front of you as it should be. This effect is called binaural effect.
BNPlayer can play WAV, MP3, Apple Lossless, AIFF and AAC format. Sample rate has to be 44.1k samples/second.
BNPlayer plays music files stored in your Mac, but can’t play music in the cloud (streamed music).
BNPlayer uses a special filter named SBNFilter for this binaural effect. Built-in three SBNFilters (DF125, DF135 and DF145), each has different timbre, were made assuming an average person wearing ideal headphones. You can also compensate a built-in SBNFilter and make it best fit to you and your headphones.
